The symposium aims to provide a comprehensive platform for clinicians, scientists, and researchers to understand recent advances, clinical applications, challenges, and future directions in cell and gene therapy for Haematological disorders, with a strong focus on translating research into effective patient care. It seeks to update participants on the latest innovations in the field, including CAR-T therapy, gene editing, and stem cell–based treatments, while enhancing understanding of their clinical indications, outcomes, and safety aspects across Haematology and other specialties. The program will also address laboratory, regulatory, ethical, and logistical challenges involved in establishing and implementing cell and gene therapy services in Haematology.
